Our Story

INTEC ROTORS is a leading international precision engineering company with a presence in Italy and abroad, specializing in the production of screw and gear rotors for compressors, pumps and transmission systems.

Founded in Abruzzo-Italy in 1998, more precisely in Guardiagrele (province of Chieti), it was established by Marco Di Labio, Italo Primavera and Manola Primavera, the three founding partners, who immediately focused on quality, precision machining made with the most advanced technologies available, becoming within a few years a reliable and irreplaceable partner for their clients.

Since 2007 INTEC ROTORS has been specializing in contract manufacturing of high-precision worm rotors and gears for compressors, pumps and transmission systems, and since 2009 it has started to manufacture independently in its own factories by investing on in-house engineering, new additional production facilities, advanced technology in quality control systems, and continuous staff training to achieve higher and higher quality standards.

A well-defined core business, supported by established know-how, a high level of technical and production specialization, is the secret of success achieved in: Germany, France, Finland and China, as well as in Italy.

In an evolutionary perspective, more recently, the corporate structure has expanded, enriched with skills dedicated to management and development, today: Manola, Marco, Carlo and Andrea represent the governance of INTEC ROTORS; they daily lavish their commitment to the Company, the Organization, the Workers, the Customers, the Collaborators and the Suppliers with the aim of pursuing an idea of ethical and sustainable development.

Our office

The structure of the INTEC ROTORS covers a total of 6000 square meters , including three factories covering 2600 square meters, each of which is dedicated to a specific function and always built with respect to its impact on the surrounding landscape and environment .

The first plant is dedicated to roughing operations of incoming materials and semi-finished material. Also located here are the administrative and management offices.

In the second plant, built in 2006, all grinding and testing work is concentrated with Intec’s engineers and quality manager. Here, in fact, is the metrology room, a true nerve center of quality INTEC ROTORS, where products are tested at the end of all processing and once they are approved they reach the finished goods warehouse located in the new and third adjacent plant.

Mission

Innovation and precision serving Industry, for a sustainable future.

INTEC ROTORS has always focused its know-how and production on continuous innovation and raising the standards of precision and quality, committing itself to the adoption of advanced technologies and the search for cutting-edge solutions, meeting the specific needs of customers and tackling the most complex challenges.

In its growth path, INTEC ROTORS has consolidated its production capacity, making customer consulting and custom design two of its main hallmarks in the market. Thanks to continuous comparison and a production and prototyping process that puts the customer at the center, INTEC ROTORS has become a strategic and reliable reference partner in the industrial sector for numerous manufacturers of compressors, pumps and transmission systems.

Vision

To be recognized worldwide for the engineering, industrialization and production of rotors and gears. To be a partner of choice for manufacturers of compressors, pumps and transmission systems. To influence innovation in the industry and contribute to a sustainable future.

Sustainability' Environmental, Corporate and Social

Sustainability, in all its forms, has always been one of the highest values and goals pursued by INTEC ROTORS. In recent years: we have invested in a state-of-the-art photovoltaic park of more than 700 KW power to produce energy independently, reduce the production of harmful gases and the emission of CO2; we have installed a new state-of-the-art exhaust system to maintainclean air within the working environment in order to ensure optimal healthy conditions for our employees, with a sophisticated filtering system at the outlet to cut down emissions; and we have equipped our machine tools with new collection tanks, filtering of lubricating oils and disposal of processing residues; we have installed zero-gravity pneumatic and electric manipulators for load handling in order to relieve the work of our operators, lower the risk of injury while preserving the quality of the processed parts; we regularly employ reusable packaging.

All rotors and gears manufactured by INTEC ROTORS are industrialized with a focus on maximizing their energy efficiency, consequently contributing to the reduction of friction and mechanical losses. All this enables our customers to produce higher-performing, less energy-intensive products, thus contributing to the reduction of CO₂ emissions along the entire value chain.
