INTEC ROTORS is a leading international precision engineering company specializing in the production of screw and gear rotors for compressors, pumps and transmission systems, capable of meeting customers’ customization needs thanks to process know-how established over more than two decades and the use of state-of-the-art machine tools.

Design

Co-engineering, CFD simulations, process and product industrialization.

Turning

The raw material is processed with numerically controlled lathes.

Toothing

The profiling of rotor propellers and gears is done by making use of hobbing machines, milling machines and CNC machining centers.

Grinding

Diameters, flat surfaces, rotor helixes and gear teeth are ground with numerically controlled grinding machines

Testing

Final inspection and certification with laser marking and labeling.

Environmental, Corporate and Social Sustainability

Sustainability, in all its forms, has always been one of the highest values and goals of INTEC ROTORS.

We produce our own energy through a photovoltaic park of more than 700 KW resulting in a reduction of harmful gases and CO2 emissions. All rotors and gears produced aim to maximize their energy efficiency, contributing to the reduction of friction and mechanical losses, so that our customers can make higher-performing and less energy-intensive products.
